When a woman is being treated for breast cancer, is her breats most often removed? And if so, how do those women remedy this afterwards?
(Because I have heard of several women who underwent a mastectomy, but apparently all have breats.)

This has been something i've been wondering for a long time. Cancer statistics always seem to be too low for the stories I hear. How do all of these poverty stricken areas get cancer treatment, and are they included on the statistics?
