The worst calls to retreive the tree from the house are the ones onto....
If there was a catastrophic failure, the close limbs start absorbing energy from the falling tree by breaking as soon limb from even hitting the house.

Also, don't forget to use the internet to see if a local tree company has an email address you can use.
Big limbs are extremely heavy and don't always go where you would expect when they come loose.
