You could try Bianchi camaleonte Uno, Cannondale Quick 4, Cannondale Quick 5, Trek 7.1 FX , i found with hydraulic disc brakes and lockout suspension which I suspect will be as fast(if not faster) than the trek with hydraulic....

Hi, first and foremost it needs to be a large frame, I am 6'5" tall with a 36" inside leg, secondly, I have big feet (size 13/14) I don't want to 'kick' the front tyre as I'm peddling along.

Looked at the 7.1 and 7.2 fx but they have 32 spoked wheels whereas the 7.0 has 36 the Trek 7.0 ....
Also found the Trek 7.0 fx 2012 for £300 at Evans for the rough stuff .
The road so I'll have a look at the weekend .
