Just trying to compare it for about 2.5 months.
How does Jack3d compare to an ECA Stack for energy/pump.
Jack3d works great for myself my workouts.
For a killer workout Jack3d didn't do much for me not even at 3 scoops.

The opposite to what I wanted it to do, just did a sesh earlier bench/shoulder press/heavy bag with no jack3d and felt I loads better than when I was jack3d.

I can't begin to say how much I Love Jack3d. The taste is good and the way I'm reacting to Jack3d is great. I have intense Energy, Incredible Focus, no dizzyness, No nasuia, No sleeping issues, I don't feel the Beta Alanine at all, and no crash before...

Taste - Both taste shit to be honest. Pro Fight is Mocha Mania flavor so not too bad as Jack3D

Tried the full (itty-bitty) scoop at first but got the shakes so I use about half a scoop to 3/4 for me...I guess Im just over whipped

I bought a tub of jack3d because ive heard it's the stuff to train with, so me an my bud neck two scoops each I couldn't lift probably because it made me feel shakey and weak andI couldn't eat for like 12 hours after, my bud got really bad head aches ...

Since you had a bad experience though, there is AI maniac which I have liked .
Jack3d is one of the best pre workouts out there.
On the bottle it says one scoop to build tolerance .

I was hoping for a cap form of creatine....
They say it's the best pre-workout energizer the've tried, I guess it's pretty potent.
A lot of creatine monohydrate is vegan, but can't confirm on the Jack3d as I haven't really checked care either way.
