Title says it all. Nuvigil is a new drug from Cephalon, the makers of Provigil . Provigil is the racemic mixture of Modafinil , Nuvigil is the R version.

Personally I suggest (If you are going to stack.
I personally of modafinil, then try adding some piracetam into the mix.
Modafinil will give you the focus you're looking for and clear your head.

I've had to take less modafinil (usually that's how I get through the rough days, 1-3 days / week....
I tried Levothyroxine in a similar manner as yourself with my sleep doctor who was open to trying function pretty much like normal.
