I tried a Mach3 in the mail as a 'gift' from them...) and a shave gel- Gillette Fusion was my typical, but I tried Gillette or Barbasol....
Of the time for a comfortable shave I'd have to skip at least 2 days between shaving.

When do girls start shaving these days? DD just turned 10 and I don't think she much cares about the hair on her legs yet. But she's starting to get some hair in her armpits. She seems so young for shaving, but I can't remember when I started shaving....

I'd definitely recommend waxing. Pop a couple of painkillers about half and hour before and its a doddle. I love that you don't get the horrid itching that comes with shaving too. I never even try to shave down there, just shaving the top part of my legs...

We've had numerous threads on shaving here. Some were useful, some were basically binary infomercials, most were at least amusing. I had long ago settled on Edge gel and Mach 3 razors as my shaving kit of choice, but I hated paying the Mach 3 prices. ...

Any one else here use mug and brush wet shaving with a double edge safety razor? I've been using a Gillette Fat Boy from 1959 for 3 or 4 years. It's the best shave ever! What do you guys think?

On the whole it is a nice read to say shaver yet) something to remember when I am ready to begin with straight shaving.
I can't really comment on the practical part of shaving.
