Grand Oasis Cancun is a big party spot, during Spring Break, but I'm not sure how Cancun worth paying the extra buck over....
Riu Cancun , ME by Melia, or Gran Caribe Real are all good choices if you want to party and have a good time.

I have not personally used cancun transfers but have trip, and they told me it was fine, i don't need the voucher.
