I was wondering if weight loss or the inability to gain weight after a tubal ligation is something that has been brought up before or if it is a possible side effect. I read several articles that described weight gain . I had a tubal ligation in sept....

Im 35 and I just had my tubal ligation done a week a tubal ligation....

Essure is done ....
If it was me, I'd attempt the VBAC and get Essure instead of the tubal ligation anyway.
But DH midwife and the md over her.
I'm not sure about the tubal except that it does have some serious risks involved with it.

It is possible to get pregnant after tubal litigation but this happens very rare.

I had the Essure procedure done back in January but the right coil that took 45 minutes to put in fell out, so I had a tubal done on that side in May. My Doctor cut and then cauterized my right fallopian tube. Ever since then I have had horrible cramps...

My friend had her tubes tied around a year and a half ago and at 8:00am yesterday she had a beautiful 5 lb 11oz baby girl!!! no complications at all~ Hope this helps! My moms friend had hers tied and got pregnant she then repeted that 2 more times!
