The tubes the amps take are EF83 *2, 12....
This one had a power lead to a tube and there are a few wires connected to the 100v tap and 0 tap.
Its the bottom amp with one less tube and less wires.
Burning smells.

As with smaller guitar based tube amps - where you have many now with attenuators allowing .1 - 1 - 5 watt adjustments are there any equivalent amps for bass players?
Or is there some reason that these wouldn't be big sellers?

Why not substitute summer tube gear such as....
Model Fives use five tubes each, for a total of ten.
Judicious use of fans and air conditioning keep mine as there are in your setup .
The squeeze on your tube habit, if you can help it.
