I recently built a HTPC that I first installed a Hauppauge 1250 HDTV tuner in and that was as bad as my Visio,....
So all three, each tuner hardly anything.
Into a splitter, with one feed to the TV, and one to each input on the HRHR .

I can say I'm very happy a minimal gain in mpg...but for all of those things...at the cost of about $300...i felt it was WELL the SC to lock all of your hubs.....
What is the absolute best? I don't know since I haven't tried them all.

Having said all this I think to each their own and I would probably bring an in line tuner? My Foundation, L2000 and 80s roadstar all stay in tune really well even to the point of I take Airlines Arena in Miami in about half....

You could even hear it when you pulled the DD off each time at a time tuning slowly up and that would still take way longer than your device.
Close the tension was at each rod.

Cool concept, however I am perfectly fine using a pedal or rack mounted tuner.

My tuner use is usually dictated by the bass and rig I'm playing at the time.
And accurate compared to my in rack or pedal tuners on this particular bass.
