I bought a tungsten e2 and plan to use in europe. I see nowhere in documentation if I can plug into 220 power or not? The power cord is lost in luggage.

I bought a tungsten from someone and can't get rid i delete name on device and put my name....
Plugging into 220 will fry the E2 unless you have a travel charger or the European charge cable Library and your User Guide (on the install CD).

Just upgraded to Lion, 10.7.2. Unfortunately, I can no longer send waypoints to my Palm Tungsten E2 because MacCMConvert is not supported in Lion. Any better ideas?

Yes, and all of the links I've found to MacCMConvert are dead ("404 error - page not found) or dead ends .

I was just recently handed the management of about 200 or so Tungsten E2 handhelds. Several of them have begun to suffer from the same issue. What happens is, at random times, the Palm will display a "Fatal Error" and require a reset.
"Soft" resetting...

The applications have been in use for 5-6 years on these Tungsten E2 handhelds and we have only experienced then get ....
Of about 200 Tungsten E2 handhelds, all running the exact same applications, for the exact same purpose.

How do you mean that your device only recognizes the iSilo manual and not the other data? Do you have iSilo installed? Assuming so, then you open your document files from within iSilo itself .

I must reinstall all of my Palm data to my Palm desktop module. The data was backed up on Carbonite and reinstalled. However the files are ABA and DAT type and will not migrate to the Palm desktop.

Again this old system was pretty simple.
I also never reinstalled "the data".
All I needed to do was to copy the user files back to the proper directory and then fire up the Palm Desktop software .
When I backed up it was never any "migrate" used .
