Damn the makers of the turkey fryer.
It cant do to much damage in that short of a time period .
We started festivities with part the turkey take over till New Years.
Be more prepared next year just let the turkey take you.

I didn't get to make the dinner I planned last night so I had to improvise. I've got turkey, American cheese, sliced tomato and a rosemary/lemon/garlic mayo I made last night to throw together as a sandwich. I've got chips as well, water to drink.

The turkey comes out moist & delicious have to keep checking & basting the ....
I use a meat thermometer in the breast & thigh to make sure it gets done, but have never had any problems .
Time is, about 2 1/2 hours for a 12 lb turkey.
