We would combine our greens and cook them together, you could do that
with your mustard greens and your turnips with the greens.

Why did you choose what you did?
Personally I think large greens makes it harder to score, I am a pretty efficient chipper though and would rather chip then try a long putt.

I've dried cabbage, and a few of the heartier greens if that particular green will work for your needs.
Some greens work out better than others.
