Hi,
Can someone please help me and tell me if my turtle is shedding or if its shell is rotting? The turtle is about 10 years old.

From what I can see from your photo the turtle is getting ready to shed, but if the area underneath or the area itself is soft or smells bad, it may be shell rot.

Possibly a blue one, this may allow maryo to jump while turtle surfing without loosing his turtle.
I think this is a good idea however this may require a new turtle color that will specifically react to this behavior...

hello all i just got this RES today its from a friend,Its a male about 9cm and 2 and half years old, i dont know what is wrong with its shell can some 1 plz help me out,it shell has alot of layer cuold it be it havent shed...

Our neighbor found a baby snapping turtle on our street, took it home and then gave it to us. i love turtles but ive never handled a snapping turtle before. i use to catch turtles as a kid but my parents never let me keep one.
