Lynda.com has a pay for video tutorial library with some excellent sessions.
A good resource, you might want to check out the rest of the site since it has a lot of resources technologies like PHP, .NET etc.

I've found HowtoForge very helpful. Is there any other similar sites that doesn't have too old tutorials which won't work nowadays?

Has anyone seen a good tutorial on writing a good tutorial? It sounds silly but it's a serious question. I'd like to write a tutorial but I'm not sure whether my concerns would be the same as my audience's concerns. Or do I just write it for me and pretend...

So I finally bit the bullet and bought SCII. I've never been a top notch RTS player by any means and I've played very very very little multiplayer. Does anyone know any good tutorial sites or tips for a noob?

I thought I would post this link because one of the most questions asked here is where can I learn HTML, PHP, Javscript etc... I stumbled upon this site that has 43 sites listed that are tutorials for scripting.
