What a great weekend! My Tweed Deluxe Kit came in on Friday and I just finished putting it together tonight. Sounds fantastic! Not sure if I did something wrong putting it together or if it's just the nature of the beast but it seems to go to full volume...

Works for a lot of people though.
So I took it out.
I put it in and it did fix that problem but I thought the tone wasn't as good .
There is a mod for that.

Make sure.
Some people hate it for sure, but for others, its the entire tweed sound.
They can get you tweak it.
I have a fairly standard Tweed amp and yes..
Designed it, but I'm sure he wont mind..

I tried out these two pedals today in a GC and compared it a stock blues driver. Hated the blues driver. Just too dark and lacked vibe. I actually had never tried one.
BUT loved the 65 Deluxe reverb pedal. The tweed bassman was alright...but the deluxe...

If you're going to mess up an original tweed then
leave it alone and just get a 5E3 tweed.
No amp pro but I know enough to wonder why you would
even think of mod'ing original 5E3 tweed amp nice.
