/usr/bin/curl http://yourserver.com/twitter
Otherwise, you /usr/bin/curl 'http://yourserver.com/twitter' sleep 600 done
A relatively simple solution is to run a cron job on another computer....

Some web browsers are truly gruesome, so I assume Twitter does what it has to.
Twitter works pretty well from phones in web mode.
Design should be contained separately (in a CSS file).
