Can anybody recommend an 'off the shelf' USB WiFi adaptor that is 802.11n compatible and suitable for BT5 monitor mode type fun?

I was going to buy one of the new Alfa's USB wireless adapter, but monitor mode doesn't seem if there is an adaptor that uses same chipset and has external antenna, this should also work, rite?? Posted 24 not mistaken it uses Draft N....

Apologies if this is the wrong forum but it seemed as good a place as any. I just got a new phone with a mains adaptor that's basically just a USB socked that plugs into the wall. I get the impression that it charges faster that way than a normal USB ...

Shouldn't matter as USB voltage is standard set at 5v and the current won't make any difference, so it will work fine with any USB device to charge them The wall plug USB adapters work to charge anything that can charge from USB....

Are these universal & interchangeable? The ipad/ipods use one, my Olympus digicam came with one, and the Galaxy Nexus does too. Can any of the USB-charge-capable devices use the same AC wall adaptor as long as it's got USB? Does voltage/wattage/mAh play...

I would never recommend paying for it, you get it free if you are a BT broadband user... .
So it entirely depends on the VERY local BT users in your area .
The problem with BT Fon is that is feeding of peoples home wifi in the area you are trying to use it .

adaptor, but they can be quite expensive - I have seen maplins advertise them for about 30-40 quid on the megasquirt forums though if you really need to go the usb > serial route.

After installing the driver,I just put my DYNEX USB G (U950731G)adapter creating drivers for the Belkin....
Asked the guy from www.mac-forums.com in the attached instuctions.
They wouldn't detect the Belkin USB adapter.
