I keep hearing gamers saying that gaming mouse shouldn't be used since it has latency compared to the wired gaming mouse.
For example, the Logitech G5 (wired gaming mouse) and the Logitech G7 (wireless gaming mouse) have the exact same specification.

I've found that all of their Bluetooth models have, you will not notice the lag on a normal wireless mouse, but for first-person shooters it might.
Coming from a similar Logitech USB mouse.

What kind of router and modem are you connecting through? Pretty regular lag, doesn't seem to be any better on laptop then desktop.

My mouse started occasionally freeze for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so. When it does freeze for a brief moment, the computer acts as if the USB is unplugged and replugged really fast (you can hear the plug & unplug sound). but the mouse light stayed...

Lately, on occasion, i will notice that when im typing - be it online, or in word - the letters will lag behind what I actually typed.
Same thing goes with my mouse, it will freeze for a second, then go back to normal.
It's really annoying when it happens...

As long as you have a working 8GB bootable USB flash drive, you can use the Factory Recovery thing to make a bootable backup.

I need to extend a PS/2 and Mouse, KB and VGA 220 feet (cat5 in place) to an audio editing console that is in a remote rack in a closet.
