I think it's the lens I want to go for next, but I was wondering if anyone on here
owns one that could tell me a little more about it ~ What's it like to use?

It is also all electronic, you can only longer than most other USM lenses....

I'm really torn between these two now. the price is almost the same, one offers focal length, one offers DOF.
I'm planning to get it for portraiture shots, and probably use it for events. the only thing i've been able to conjure up is. for 85mm.. in events...
