I need to get unlimited voice and limited text. Which plan should I get?

Going off the top of my head, the lowest cost unlimited talk plan is on Boost with boost, unlimited....
plan, given the simple listed requirements:
Unlimited talk, limited text, good in USA, or in CA specific good ones.

Verizon Wireless plans to begin eliminating the unlimited data plan it has provided customers who had it before the carrier introduced tiered pricing and dropped the unlimited plan for new buyers last year.

If they do follow through, my entire extended family may be moving carriers .
U this data plan nonsense with verizon.
No haggling either, take it on the chin, hmmmm, aint it great and its not food .

I was grandfathered into an unlimited data plan with Verizon for over 4 years now. Given today's annoucement that upon upgrading, folks with unlimited data plans will now have to move to a tiered plan - what's a girl to do?
I am considering dropping Verizon...

And I actually think I'm in a better position with my double the data plan than those will be once they upgrade and have to choose from a basic data plan from a 3G Palm Pre + to....
The unlimited plan does not bother me at all.

just wondering if you can tell me do you have to hangup after 60 minutes on the Unlimited Plans?
I have been told that if a call lasted for 65 minutes some or all would be charged despite being on an unlimited package.

So lets say I go ahead and upgrade from my iPhone 4 to an Android phone that's LTE capable. Lets say the Droid Razr Maxx for the sake of the discussion. Seems to me that if I do this now, while I still have the unlimited data plan and before Verizon institutes...

Starting 10/1. This applies to those that have the grandfather unlimited smartphone data plans. Most have nothing to worry about. It's the users that end up in the top 5% of the heaviest users on the network.

Are only using their unlimited data plan for good?
Thoughts? I recently read of someone using 135+ GB, but I would say that AT&T's grandfathered unlimited plan, well, never really was *truly* unlimited.
