The MSDN "Writing Faster Managed Code: Know What Things Cost" is pretty nice, but it was written for CLR v1 in 2003. Is there an updated version of this somewhere?

Actually an update....
The "Mono->Stereo" version of CL1, and the Stereo Versions of CL1, CLMS1, and CLMS1XL all work fine, but the Mono version produces a pop.
It was the 10.6.5 Mac OSX update that happened recently.
