Win 7 Ult Upgrade?
As long as you have either Win XP or Vista installed, you can use the upgrade disks. If XP, it will detect that you have an operating installation and then wipe it to install 7. If you have a Vista install, you can choose to either wipe it or upgrade it. I'd choose the former for any OS install, but that's just personal preference.

Win 7 Upgrade - Skins?
Windows 7 is pretty easy to get used to and like from a visual point of view, i've just moved from XP on my old PC to the 7 RC x64 on my new build, and i'm used to it and loving it already. I mean it's not like they've completely revolutionised the design, most things are in the same place as they've always been, just look a lot tidier and nicer.

I had the problem with the service tag, but solved it last week. May just see what happens, but don't hold out much hope of seeing this disc any time soon.
