If the project generates problems, it's the upper task.
You don't have to convince upper management.
It sometimes appears that any first-round decisions made are met with distrust, as if they (admins) were trying to somehow undermine the company. I would understand a bit of kick-back, to ensure that "IT people" have thought through all of the business...

Had a problem with heritage last night and lets just say they made it right with me. No other book has done anything like this before to try and make up for something that's mostly my fault. Most books wouldnt give a crap. A+ heritage thank you!
