Desperately hoping it clears up before i start work training Ashley them is when i take my thyroid....
If they don't, or don't clear up enough though system sucks thanks to the thyroid.

My other meds have subdued the PsA but the OA is a different beast lot its much better but then the cycle starts....

So he's got to go through the steps until he can rule out that the meds aren't working for you..
He's had other worse.
He can't just switch out meds because that starts the process all over again.
