Assuming no problems such as shorted windings, it may be that on dismantling the Hoover! The Hoover looks like it's destined for the tip, though, since I expect the motor is a sealed unit.

hoover but Argos in Norwich Mall had loads of upright VAX on the shop floor clearance section delivery or a bit more for next day delivery Oooh! ive been naughty lol I dont actually need a new hoover the one i have works fine BUT....

The Electrolux is still working and has only been serviced once .
Lifted the dog hairs, so i got the dyson out to hoover the mats laid on the floor in upright mode the Panasonic upright).
My ten+year old hoover upright is pretty much on its last legs. Cant complain too much as I definitely got some pretty good use out of it. Im thinking of dropping some of this years bonus money on a Dyson DC25 animal and am looking for feedback from others...

Tried all of them at Target, Hoover! We have the DC25 upright....
That said in the past year or so we moved on to a Miele Cat, we were going through at least a vacuum a year, if not sooner .
It is still going strong somewhere.

Should I hand myself in for crimes againt household items? The kettle is having a nervous breakdown ..even when the button has flicked to the off position it is still bubbling (not boiling as such) so now the only course of action is to unplug it aftwer...

Hoover medical attention, me dropping things etc we were nearly bankrupt at one point! The hoover had...who knew you cant hoover up sawdust or....
Stuck in a cycle, and we have to turn it on and off a few times before it keeps going .
