Pretty sure my BCAA is eating away the lining of my stomach, all the citric acid I guess (?)
Anyone else have this problem or a solution? Milk is a no-go and I can't work in some starchy carb every time I start sippin, so I'm gonna have to get creative...

So I take a medication once a week for my arthritis that works very well, but has a side effect of causing stomach pain/upset. (Kind of like being nauseated, but without the actual nausea, it's kind of strange.)
Currently the only reliable method I have...
