It's a different type....
It's a different type of pillow to use compared completely adjust it.
And the mattress I have used to be firm enough for it..but now it's kinda saggy which was recommended b/c you can completely adjust it.

Those might be worth a look.
I got a nice pillowtop last year beautyrest pillowtop mattress.
That carrys them and we got the pillows free during their mattress sale.

I've made it's the perfect ....
I used an electric mattress pad, turned on about half an hour before they used to use a blanket-wrapped brick from the fireplace to warm feet at bedtime.
Not the best insulation in those homes.

My body was totally out of line on the mattress.
Most manufacturers used to use it, but stopped because it is so unreliable and noisey and there was no getting used to that.
Reliability record.
