What I can tell you with 100% conviction terminology is used, and often you don't really....
Might be happy with a roof space that is uninsulated, because you never plan to use the upper floors, whether you DIY or use artisans etc etc.
I was in L.A. last week and something that I had occasionally noticed on previous trips had suddenly become pervasive. The guy that picked me up at the airport used the term, 'no worries' as did the guy checking me in to the hotel, the barman, the waitress...

used to say "no worries" a lot, but since being back in scotland i've started using the scottish variation of it, being "....
I saw Arj Barker's show.
Not surprised it's catching on.
And used it just out of habit, my family loved it.
