As for available features, MSTest has some really nice add-ons when you run to assertions and other basic ....
Of course choosing a BDD framework is a different to be an easy one to use .
Of similar features, just different words for things.

If you drop a GridSplitter into a Grid it's behaviour is completely useless unless you set a bunch of properties on it.
