For large projects I'd contact a lawyer, to make sure every right of me ... .
For small through middle-sized projects or for open-source/freewares, consider using an existing EULA, like GNU GPL or Apache 2 , for open-source apps .

Is it possbile to add License agreement in the RPM package? When user installs the RPM, it should prompt to accept the user license agreement.

This is a bad idea for both technical and user-interface reasons.
Put it in a self-extracting archive that shows the agreement on execute.

Anyone else have to agree to new Bnet terms when they logged in? I read at the dig. cast. blog that this was tied to a the release date! They also said that any forum posts mentioning the user agreement update are mysteriously being deleted.... so I thought...

Tried to log in and this is what I saw - "Clicking to sign in states that you accept our new User Agreement and Privacy Policy. You will only need to accept once. See details" so I clicked to see details and got the User Agreement page bout the changes...
