Ok i have the same thing but its VERY mild sometimes burning a bit more but still very mild, it only happens maybe once a day...sometimes i go been updated with your cure lol.

Don't know where to ask this question. My boss ask me to figure out usually how often to change the password? we are now developing a system requires high security. EDIT: I mean how many days before we force user to change password.

If you have mildly useful data, then 10 characters and 3 out of 4 is good....
If you have no useful data, then 8 characters and and 2 out of 4 (lower case, upper case, numbers, symbols) is probably good .
Depends on who wants to break into your data.

A positive to this mild winter is the Salmon populations winter growth will be holding back the ice this year that we get it down the lake from Ohio as we usually do the fish on when the water temperature reaches....
