I am an EU citizen wanting to buy a boat in Martinique marked with "vat not payed". Anyone knows What are the taxes to be payed by the buyer, and what limitations are imposed for traveling if not paying vat or other possible taxes.

It would appear that the owner of the property has opted to tax the property .

Need past cruisers help. I read somewhere that VAT refunds (in Stockholm)can be handled on the cruise ship. Does anyone know if this is correct? If yes- anyone done it?

cut to 1 percent.
I find this difficult to believe, and that she may be getting it mixed
up with the current interest rate.
