Do you think it looks bad to take them all early in the year? I.e. if someone had 2 weeks of vacation and was down to 1 day already. Or, do you think employers don't care or even notice?

At that 145 days anymore! I know EXACTLY how you feel I find the system makes errors all the time it doesn't! What's more heartbreaking is logging in to price next vacation and it still says "In 2 days you'll be here!" Been there....
