Do doctors get a vacation pay? How much vacation/time off do they get?

They can arrange....
If they are independent contractors (usually no vacation pay) or parts of a group possibly not; if they are self employed, then no.
How much will depend on their contract.
Health or Kaiser, yes they get vacation time.

No I'm not harming the company, I'm using the allocated time for vacation that we all but I don't think taking....
It should be regulated.

I've been at my job for 21 years so I have ALOT of vacation time.
For the most part I use my vacation time for sick child days.
For vacation - the high school really frowns on it .

You've worked hard, you deserve the time off, in theory if I were to change jobs, I'd be reimbursed for all this unused vacation time.

I'm trying to decide whether to sell back a chunk of my PTO. Somewhere between 80 and 150 hours. I have 230 now so selling 150 would leave me with 80 which is the minimum they say I have to have left after the sell back. The company is offering 90% value...

The Friday's off is a great suggestion say that you have a sick family member and need time off for care.
