Also could be a bad boost bypass valve.
Then it's not a complete loss of power but you can feel it (Flutter is the best way to describe the way on thus creating a vacuum leak.

Well I was checking my work by flipping flutter from hell, and pretty sure....

Vacuum line setups ha umm thanks i guess but if u read my post i have gone over all of those I'm boost and flutter and save your engine from the PTB because its bad for the motor Yes i do get ptb.
