After further inspection, I have noticed the fitting from the vacuum line going into the carb and the vacuum advance were not seated properly. The vacuum advance end had a few stripped threads. But I have thought ahead and I do have a replacement vacuum...

Thank you, That line normally is 1/8, but if you can take....
Carb end ferrule is still there.
Get another metal line with the fittings in good shape cut each end long enough to use vacuum line in the vacuum advance end.

While tinkering on the truck I found this vacuum line just hanging loose. I can not see where it should connect so I stuck a screw in it to stop the vacuum leak. Can someone trace it back in their truck? This is a 2001 s10 auto. Many thanks!

If i understand good, that vacuum line could the vacuum resevoir inside....
Thanks for the help guys dosent work too (the front axle wont engage) .

How about you snap a pic of your current vacuum line setup and we can help you connect the dotsno one can snap a few pics for the noob? this what i need to know if vacuum lines are correct the brake booster with silicone....

Toyota does not package kits like that, but they do sell bulk vacuum line in different of those and you'll be able to replace all the small (I want to say 4mm) bulk vacuum hose.

Its a pretty easy proccess only if the head of the last bolt dosnt break ... .
I changed the gasget.
^^^ DITTO Sounds like Seafoam has another use: detecting exhaust leaks this happened to me .

Ive looked and all i found are people's drawings they made in paint and none are the same, if soomeone can show me REAL pictures of how they have their vacuum lines hooked up on a s14 sr20, (HAS TO BE A S14 SR20) that would be most excellent thanks

What specific lines do you need help with? Do have pics of their s14 sr vacuum lines Alright, the large pipe is for your IACV.
Multiple times for those having issue with vacuum routing.
