So far, I have dreaded peeing the most the tear and leaning as far forward as possible helps a lot.

It actually sounds like you have irritation from being too dry. Be sure to use some KY Jelly next time and you shouldn't have a problem.

I think being prone (like DanActive) stops me from getting the infections and resulting vaginal tears in the first place.

Actually Baby need the stitch, it was a very tiny tear....
They were both head down and close in size.
I had mine vaginal.
OB tell one of the nurses to let so and so know in case they wanted to observe a twins vaginal section for her.

I had a 4th degree tear, episiotomy and shredded my that I will have to have a c section due to baby being breech..I know women who have had both vaginal births and c sections....

I have never had a vaginal birth, only 3 sections, but just from reading your post I think I would opt for a c section. The recovery can be tough but really by 2-3 weeks you will be pretty much back to yourself, maybe even sooner. I know a c section involves...
