What changes can we expect when vallarta palace becomes hard rock-we want to book to with vallarta palace? Mark, and customer service will correct me if I'm wrong, but the changes will be there June 4-June 10, 2012.

It seems that the Mayan Palace is closed for construction or demolition, so where are they sending guests that are booked? They are still booking rooms through RCi. It seems strange. Anyone know what happens when you book at the Mayan Palace? Thanks, ...

Great ! So, now the Grand Mayan - my own place - is becoming the dumping ground for Mayan Palace (MP) and Sea Garden (SG) guests who get to pay less for their....
And the Mayan Palace were closed and all those guests were at the Grand Mayan.

We were there in Feb and they had torn down one wing of the Mayan Palace building but that is all they said they were going to do. Now I hear they are tearing more down, perhaps ALL of the Mayan Palace building. What will happen to the Mayan Palace owners...

Is it easy to get from the RIU Palace or RIU Vallarta into Puerto Vallarta ? Bus available? Any walking from the RIU's to close bars or restaurants outside of hotel in the area or are these hotels isolated? Thanks!!

We have stayed at both Riu Vallarta and Riu Palace even better than the Riu's in NV, try Vallarta Palace or Grand Velas...
To pick a place to go, go to Puerto Vallarta ..

If the price was right I would return to any of the three .
