Vegans/vegetarians: What is your opinion of a vegan opening & owning a non-vegetarian restaurant? Not now, but much further down the road, I'm thinking of what it'd be like to own restaurant or tavern-type place.

Why do vegans/vegetarians live at all? Why do they live in homes made of wood or stone/tile. Why do they live in places in which wildlife once used to call home. Aren't they supporting the logging and digging/mining of habitat and environment as well....
