Which area of the Sunbelt will be best for investing in real estate in 10-15 years?
I'd say Bryan-College Station, TX would be a good investment area. Also, though it is already moving along at a good clip, San Antonio, TX is another good area. San Antonio has more water issues, but they are far more proactive than any other city I can think of for conserving and finding new sources.

ProNewport Real Estate have issues pending with them?
ProNewport did a closing for a timeshare I sold a few months back. The buyer wanted to use that company and I reluctantly agreed. The woman that I was dealing with was very unprofessional and bordered on incompetent. Even with the delays with Wyndham, it took about two months longer than it should have to close. Fortunately I did eventually receive the funds from the sale but I would never use them again, even if it caused a potential buyer to walk.

Austin may unseat Las Vegas as fastest growing large metro?
Las Vegas is a really interesting case, it grew so fast and now it's just standing still. It's crazy when that happened in a short amount of time.

Who's going to Vegas this year?
I'm not sure who is going, but probably a few representatives from each brokerage. I guess we'll get a better feel during Retailer One on One.

Has the economy improved at all in Las Vegas?
The economy was hurt by the banking, home and stock market, not the smoking. You can smoke in a gaming area, just not a restaurant.
