We are travelling to las vegas for the first time. Is there a breakfast restaurant there similar to Bob Evans?

Every there are no BE eateries withing 25 mile of downtown Vegas.
Las Vegas has thousands of restaurants, but none like Bob Evans that I can tell or have seen.
