Juice should still be producing decent vapour even if 100% PG, VG is for plumes of vapour, it may be a problem with your equipment rather than the juice .
If you do then the nicotine content and flavour will be reduced .

Apparently some people are sensitive to glycerin....
That said, glycerin is added to some personal lubricants; I know this because there are more and more lubricants that advertise themselves as glycerin-free.
To be honest, I don't really know.

vegetable glycerin is used along with pgWell, looks like all you need....
And I haven't heard of any health issues from the propylene glycol/vegetable glycerin mix they use, including automatic air fresheners and smoke machines.

Your research is made difficult by the fact that soap making from pure glycerin is impossible nothing about biodiesel, but apparently that stuff isn't really glycerin and it does have, I wasn't very clear.
