I found a thread from a year ago but it was only somewhat helpful. For those that may have been to both the Marival Residences and the Grand Velas can you tell me your thoughts on both? If you were to go back which would you pick and what are your reasons...

At least in our room the shower temp was not an issue .
I have Velas last Nov/Dec and loved it too.

It's basically an Exsanguinate without the life gain if Vela is on the board....
Also, check out Shrieking Drake.
Metamorph better I guess (it's just one mana more than the ninjitsu cost and allows for artifact copying loss from Vela.
