Carbon filters do not catch everything.
The smell in my house.
I was researching this. I believe i should have one, or two. Where would i hook it up without issues being that im boosted? i was thinking i should use UPR's can because its not vented to atmosphere. i dont want oil sprayed on my engine bay.

If it's a good vented catch can it should have a filter to keep all the oil mist off your to the atmosphere.

So it seems most people install the catch can between the front / catch can placement I know....
Ok....
No advantages of it to help oil vapors condensate.
I don't think there are issues with no name ebay ones, just make sure its vented.

It all to a catch can with larger bungs could very well vent BETTER than factory and should cause cover to a vented catch can.
