I really need a verified paypal account
can't do nothing without verified paypal account, so many limits, many sites doesn't accept unverified paypal, hostgator , ebay...
So can i verify paypal with someone else credit card, it will not be the same name...

Why not use your Vietnam PayPal account?
DP is not a place where you can trade bank accounts bank account number to verified your....
If you are not a US citizen or US immigrant, why in the world you want US PayPal account.
