Vertical jump programs Anybody tried or know anything about all the jump programs out there? Do they really work? Are they worth it? And anything else you can pass along. Thanks.

He went a couple of months until their schedule and his no longer worked together but he increased his vertical by 5 inches and his broad jump their jump merely....
To help with vertical, broad jump, quickness and speed.

Roping with those and your vertical will go up a TON! Also, if you don't have the money jump roping in my life vertical jump requires power: POWER = STRENGHT x SPEED, so you need to increase one of them, sprints, jump....
How high should a female teenager volleyball player jump? (vertical jump)? I can jump 13 inches. How many inches should a female volleyball player jump? like the experienced ones that play rep and stuff.

I'm just guessing, but I'd bet that in high school club ball the average standing vertical....
The best athletes jump 20+ in high school.
Most girls jump 12-18 inches, so your jump is on the low end.

Without a gym? If you just squat down, than spring up about 10x (3 sets) per day, You will definitely grown stronger leg muscles. .

What do you start with to enhance vertical leap if you're a total.
I would think as long as you are training for an increased vertical leap and just doing mass on there to help with a vertical leap.
You really want to double your vertical jump like the others? The you should be able to measure it in the first place! There is no doubt about the fact that an excellent vertical jump is a great source of bride and greatness in the world of sports today...

Plyometrics are key for agility....
When done properly, GHRs mimic the triple-extensions of a vertical.
Thanks guys, looks like some great places to start from Vertical is a combination of strength box squats and glute-ham raises.
