I'm 16, 165 lbs, and I'm 5'10. I'm 6 inches away from touching it...can anybody tell me workouts to increase my vertical? Are plyos good enough? Also I'm trying to lose 5-10 lbs to make my jump better.

I lifted for 3 weeks doing this and it improved... .
Roping with those and your vertical will go up a TON!
Also, if you don't have the money jump roping work out for a month doing all these exercises you should gain 6 inches on your vertical.

Recommend looking at a Patz vertical mixer between the few diary farms Ive worked at the Patz in my opinion vertical mixer that works great and can mix anything.
