MP4 is not a video format.
All of these operations are basic editing operations.
I don't know whether it has the .mp4 file in a video editor.
Ffmpeg is a household name for video conversion including MPEG-4.

Heres a some videos i made usign Adobe after effects CS4 and CS3 (sometimes).
Yeah there pretty crap and there are thigns wrong but its the first time that ive used these effects so gtfo kkthxbai.
