Which site is offering latest dotnet technologies online video training.. (MVC, TeamSystem, LINQ, WCF etc..) i know pluralsight.com offereing on demand video training with latest contents.. but, price is little high.. anybody know any other better sites...

The easiest way to do this is to use LoadVars:

Google Chrome did not show any evidence these sites without Adobe's plug-in? Most likely the sites you wish to watch are using Digital Rights other flash packages.
